We are currently seeking three Community Outreach Representatives to join our Dalton, GA office in support of the PFAS Georgia campaign. Location Note

We are looking for qualified applicants located in Northwest Georgia. Specifically, successful candidates will be responsible for community outreach in one of the following areas; with travel to the main office in Dalton occurring twice per week:

  • Zone 1: Floyd County, Gordon County, Chattooga County
  • Zone 2: Bartow County, Paulding County, Douglas County
  • Zone 3: Polk County, Haralson County, Carroll County
  • Zone 4: Whitfield County, Murray County, Catoosa County
  • Zone 5: Dade, Walker County
 

About the Role

The Community Outreach Representative supports the company’s client acquisition efforts.  They are responsible for building awareness of the various mass tort campaigns within targeted communities across the nation. This role is critical to building public trust in the work that the company does on behalf of those who have been harmed, and contributing to the conversion of leads into clients. The role is responsible for helping the community understand their rights and helping individuals and families sign-up with our legal team for representation. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Research and attend various community engagements to share our message, integrate into the community to build trust, and gain interest of individuals who may have been harmed.
  • Schedule appointments in the office and out in the community to get clients signed up with representation.
  • Follow up with potential clients that have questions and help address their concerns, with the goal of signing up as a client.
  • Answer current client questions in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Support and attend micro-town hall and other in-office events, overall care and organization of the office.
  • Support and attend large town halls and related logistics.
  • Responsible for data entry and working within the company’s databases, like Salesforce.
  • Collect current clients’ documentation and information as necessary to support their case and submit documentation as required.
  • Work within a team to ensure goals are met and receive information and instruction from managers or directors as needed.
 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in client relations, customer service, sales, or account representative roles with an excellent track record of success.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, and follow-up.
  • Strong ability to actively listen to understand, not respond.
  • Ability to speak confidently, comfortably, and in a concise manner with individuals and in front of an audience.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Compassion and understanding for people in crisis.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to use personal vehicle for work-related travel; mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policy.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent need for oral, written and auditory communication.
  • Occasional need to lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
  • Regular travel within Northwest Georgia; use of a personal vehicle is required.

Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour
