Location Note: This position is available in-office in St. Thomas, USVI or as a remote position in a state in which Perfected Claims LLC or Strategic Campaign Sourcing LLC is registered to do business (FL, GA, SC, NC, NY, NJ, NV, HI, TX, OH, PA, LA, IL, ME, TN, AL, VA, KY, and WI).
We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will collaborate with the creative, marketing, operations, and product teams to create engaging visuals that align with our brand’s objectives and enhance our overall visual communication. This role will support both print and digital design deliverables, as well as wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity front-end website designs in Figma and Webflow. The graphic designer will craft collateral that drives conversion and user engagement, and generates creative advertising for legal service campaigns for national and ground mass torts. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for design, and the ability to deliver visually compelling content across various mediums.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and business goals to translate them into visually appealing and user-centric designs.
- Create effective designs that communicate a clear and compelling message by translating advertising goals into visual elements that capture attention and convey information quickly and effectively.
- Utilize expertise in design creation that drives desired action for lead conversion.
- Design visually engaging print and digital collateral such as website landing pages, digital ads, email templates, and other marketing collateral to support company initiatives.
- Conduct regular design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging digital design best practices to consistently deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, concept, and execute design solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, consistency, and brand integrity across all design projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Assist in designing supportive collateral materials, graphics, icons, advertisements, and other visual elements that will support our overall marketing campaign objectives.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency is design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), and Figma.
- Familiarity with website content management systems, such as Webflow.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent need for oral, written, and auditory communication.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Prolonged periods working on a computer.
- Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
- Excellent near vision to see details on a computer screen, including color differentiation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful services environment.
- Occasional need for travel.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annual; depends on experience and qualifications
