About Perfected

When corporations cause harm, someone has to answer for it. At Perfected, we guide people through complex legal journeys with one clear goal: to hold corporations accountable and help communities reclaim their power.

We start with people—their stories, their pain, their hope—and we stand with them every step of the way. Our work is rooted in transparency, empathy, and advocacy. We partner with law firms across the country to bring clarity to chaos, amplify community voices, and create human-centered experiences that make justice feel within reach.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Lead to support the execution and day-to-day leadership of assigned tort programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, process clarity, and cross-functional coordination—and who is ready to grow into a senior leadership role over time.

As a Program Lead, you’ll help keep programs running smoothly by supporting workflow execution, triaging operational questions, maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, and partnering with Client Operations, Community Outreach, Technology, and Reporting teams. You’ll work under the guidance of a Senior Program Lead or Senior Manager while developing the skills, judgment, and ownership required to step into a Senior Program Lead role in the future.

This role is both hands-on and developmental. You will own meaningful work, contribute to decision-making, and gain exposure to program leadership, implementation planning, and operational strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day operational execution of assigned tort programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions from Client Operations and Community Outreach, escalating when appropriate.
  • Help ensure workflows are followed consistently and documented clearly.
  • Track open items, follow up on action items, and help maintain operational momentum.
  • Support intake and triage of requests related to:
    • Process clarifications
    • Workflow updates
    • SOP/documentation needs
    • Reporting or data questions
  • Partner with Senior Program Leads to route requests appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in investigating operational issues and documenting findings.
  • Draft and update SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation.
  • Assist in rolling out new or updated processes and supporting adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce confusion, or close gaps.
  • Help maintain program documentation repositories and reference materials.
  • Support KPI and SLA tracking by collecting data, validating inputs, and surfacing trends.
  • Assist with capacity tracking and workload analysis.
  • Help prepare program updates, summaries, and internal reporting.
  • Flag potential risks or performance issues for review.
  • Assist with implementation planning for new workflows, tools, or enhancements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
  • Help prepare training materials and communications related to operational changes.
  • Support post-implementation follow-up and issue tracking.
  •  Build familiarity with program-level decision-making and leadership responsibilities.
  • Receive coaching and feedback from Senior Program Leads and Managers.
  • Gradually take on increased ownership as readiness and experience grow.
  • Demonstrate readiness for progression into a Senior Program Lead role over time.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or a related role (mass tort experience is a plus but not required).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and asking questions to gain clarity.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in understanding workflows, metrics, and systems.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, filters, organization).
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset aligned with Perfected’s values.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent need for oral, written, and auditory communication.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged periods working on a computer.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
  • Excellent near vision to see details on a computer screen, including color differentiation.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful services environment.
  • Occasional need for travel.

Benefits at a Glance

  • Time Off: PTO (15 days, earned on an accrual basis; increases at 3rd and 5th anniversary), sick leave (10 days, earned on an accrual basis), paid holidays (14) and floating holidays (2 days).
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Flexible Spending & Savings: FSA and HSA options to help manage healthcare costs.
  • Protection & Security: Short- and long-term disability and basic life insurance.
  • Future Planning: 401(k) retirement plan with a 5% company match.
  • Work-Life Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through SupportLinc to provide confidential counseling and other wellbeing resources.
