About Perfected

When corporations cause harm, someone has to answer for it. At Perfected, we guide people through complex legal journeys with one clear goal: to hold corporations accountable and help communities reclaim their power.

We start with people—their stories, their pain, their hope—and we stand with them every step of the way. Our work is rooted in transparency, empathy, and advocacy. Every message, every design, and every interaction is built to help individuals understand their rights, feel supported, and take action with confidence. We partner with law firms across the country to bring clarity to chaos, amplify community voices, and create human-centered experiences that make justice feel within reach.

About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager leads the paid acquisition engine that drives awareness, education, and qualified lead generation for Perfected.

In this role, you will design and operate paid marketing programs that reach individuals affected by corporate negligence and connect them with trusted pathways to pursue legal support and accountability. Your work will ensure the right audiences are reached with clear, responsible messaging that informs, educates, and converts individuals seeking justice.

You own paid media end-to-end, including campaign setup, targeting strategies, budgets, scheduling, and optimization across key placements and channels. You are both analytical and entrepreneurial—someone who thrives in campaign execution, enjoys testing and iteration, and can translate performance insights into clear recommendations that improve acquisition efficiency and scale impact.

What You’ll Do

Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid acquisition campaigns for mass tort initiatives across key channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and emerging digital opportunities.
  • Develop scalable campaign frameworks that enable rapid launch, testing, and optimization of new mass tort initiatives while maintaining flexibility to support highly targeted and niche audience strategies.
  • Design sophisticated audience targeting approaches that identify and reach individuals within defined and often narrow mass tort populations.
  • Own campaign setup and execution including targeting, bidding strategies, scheduling, and budget allocation.

Performance Optimization & Experimentation

  • Monitor live campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to targeting, creative, bidding, and budgets to maximize lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
  • Analyze core acquisition metrics including cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and lead quality to inform optimization decisions.
  • Lead structured experimentation across messaging, creative, audience segments, and landing page experiences to continuously improve performance.
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights that improve ongoing and future initiatives.

Landing Page Direction & Collaboration

  • Define conversion goals, audience intent, and messaging priorities for campaign landing pages based on acquisition objectives.
  • Partner closely with creative, copy, and product teams to ensure landing page experiences align with campaign goals and user expectations.
  • Propose and prioritize landing page tests based on campaign performance insights and audience behavior.

Scaling & Systems

  • Build repeatable systems and playbooks for campaign setup, management, and optimization to enable efficient scaling.
  • Stay current on platform changes, emerging channels, and best practices to continuously improve performance and support marketing team education.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with organizational growth and priority initiatives.
  • Contribute to building a scalable growth marketing engine by identifying tools, systems, and potential team capabilities that will support ongoing expansion.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition roles.
  • Strong experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage paid media budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance dashboards, and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools) to drive data-informed decision making.
  • Experience developing and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels, with familiarity working across CRM systems and lead pipelines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Experience in high-intent lead generation environments such as legal services, healthcare, financial services, or similar industries is a plus.

Core Attributes

  • Curious Experimenter: You are energized by testing, learning, and refining. Trying new ideas, exploring emerging channels, and continuously refining what works is your autopilot.
  • Collaborative Partner: You believe the best work happens when diverse perspectives are included, and you take pride in being a supportive, ego-free collaborator who can take action on feedback from multiple angles.
  • Mission Driven: You connect deeply to the mission of helping people seek justice, and you’re motivated by seeing that purpose reflected in strong marketing results and real-world impact.
